The below guidelines are for presenters / speakers that are LIVE in Utrecht, The Netherlands and deliver an Oral Presentation.
Oral presenters are speakers in the invited sessions, the basic uveitis course or the free paper sessions.
SPEAKERS MUST READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS and are requested to strictly respect the allocated speaking time to guarantee smooth running of the sessions.
All presentations will be uploaded to the computer in the assigned meeting room. We do not allow the use of personal laptops for presentations.
All PowerPoint presentations must be uploaded onto Encyro (see upload link below) BEFORE JULY 29!
Your presentation must be named as follows:
Room_day_starttime_familyname
If your presentation is taking place in Room 1 on Friday 26 August at 13:15 and your name is John Doe
your filename of your presentation should be
R1_FRI_1315_DOE
We urge you to follow this rule so your presentation can easily be assigned to the correct session.
The supported software for presentation is PowerPoint. Keynote is not supported.
All presentations will be presented at a resolution of full HD 1920 x 1080 in 16:9 aspect ratio.
When using videos, MPG and AVI are the most used video formats. Any video/film/image file must be in the same folder of the PowerPoint presentation and must be copied in the folder before being included in the presentation. Alternatively, use the option "Pack and go" or "Package to CD/DVD/USB" in the PowerPoint software. It is recommended that embedded movies start automatically after slide transmission rather than by mouse click. We suggest putting a maximum of one movie per slide.
When preparing your presentation we recommend you to download and use the ISU 2022 master slide freely available on the IUSG website.
